"Went multiple times when younger the swings are amazing"
"Great camp, many things to do."
"We had a great wedding here"
"Took my boys here for a Cub Scout camping weekend, and thoroughly enjoyed it. It's somewhat aged and the facilities were a bit rough, but it didn't matter. There are spring fed creeks running all through the place, plenty of trails to explore, and a really cool challenge course with swinging bridges and rope walks. The dining hall was adequate for the needs of our 50 or so campers, and there was enough space for dens to spread out for small group activities without interfering with each other. The tent field was flat and drained well, and there were also primitive cabins if you prefer that. There was ample parking, and the price was very reasonable. But best of all, the place has a sort of old school "magic" that reminded me of the simple scout camping that I did as a kid. Not the newest, fanciest, or most luxurious camping I've ever done, but I'd go back in a heartbeat."
"We were here for a weekend retreat and only used the cabins and the caf, but the experience was great! I love that we were just a short distance from a major city and felt like we were in the middle of nowhere. The facilities were just fine for a camp, and the kitchen had everything we needed to get by. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an outdoors venue."
