"3:00am, Security ensured that I was helped and waited with me until the Lyft ride arrived. Beautiful facility, clean lodging (hotels like), roomy and ample space for large rental programs."
"I love that the food is farm to table and it was delicious. This organization is doing amazing work in Community."
"Rented a cabin here. It's such a beautiful place! Gardens, walking paths, a small pretty pond, pool, soccer field, basketball courts and more. We really enjoyed our stay!"
"I’ve never experienced racism and discrimination in my 49yrs of living. I wished i could rate this place at a negative three. I paid $1,730.00 to rent the pavilion and pool for 65 children. The pavilion wasn’t clean- I had to clean the pavilion to get ready for my guest. The trash bins had old garbage inside which had a terrible odor. The bathrooms were horrible and dirty. There were No toiletries inside. The pool attendants were terrible to my campers. They announced on the intercom for them to stop screaming. So they completely stop playing. Pearlstone has three swimming areas and my kids were only allowed in the one at 2ft even though I paid to occupy the pool area. I was charged $975 and told that was to pay the attendants/ lifeguards. I had older taller kids that weren’t permitted to use the pool with the slide which was 4ft. Many of my kids took the swim test however the person administering the swim test kept walking away. She shut that part down too! The umbrella water fall with the buckets; we’re shut down too! My kids couldn’t use that either. The pool attendant’s/ lifeguards behavior along with condescending attitude of Heather appears to be racist. I’ve never experienced this from Pearlstone. In the past, my family has had our family reunions at this facility. In 2018 and 2019 my camp utilized this facility and we were treated well. Our contact person was Rebecca and she represented Pearlstone well! My guest gasped at how ignorant the pool attendants were regarding the children being able to play and talk. She stated to me that it’s a difference between having fun and screaming because they couldn’t tell who needs help. My response was if you all were actually at the pool watching the children (as my parents & staff were doing) instead of sitting behind this wall not watching the swimmers at all, then you could actually see if someone was drowning in two feet. I noticed when we left they opened the other two pools up to the guest that were there when we arrived. They were blatantly racist and extremely discriminatory. I tried to contact Heather but she intentionally ignored my calls. Please don’t patronize this place because it’s not like it use to be before the pandemic. Racism has really raised its ugly head at this place."
"Over the years, we have been at Pearlstone for weddings, overnight retreats, festival days and most recently to pick our own strawberries. They have a new high ropes course and tons of walking trails plus summer pool membership. Exciting things are happening all over the sprawling gorgeous campus! Area locals can enjoy all that Pearlstone has to offer, too."
