"I wish i could give zero stars. You should believe one of the previous reviews of them finding a piece of nail in their food. I food a small piece of split wood in my sub, which scraped my mouth. We called them to resolve this issue, but they kept stating it's a shrimp shell. A shrimp shell is translucent. This is hard with splints and brown. They ignored our calls and put us on hold. I'll just dispute the charges since you all don't want to answer the phone."

"I can't believe I'm typing this review. I work around here and this was favorite go to places for lunch time goodness. Today I ordered one of my favorite meals - 6 MD Old Bay wings and a Cesar salad. The worst wings I've ever had from here. They weren't crispy as usual the wings were HUGE and not seasoned like once before. So disappointed. They were one of the most consistent and now this :("

"Order here often. Not issues. Today I ordered loaded fries and an American cold cut. They sent me the pizza fries and an Italian cold cut. I called back they sent the order again however the fries were charred and not edible. I called a 3rd time and they told me they sent the correct order. I explained how I'm not satisfied with the quality and I would like them to send it again. He tried to offer me a credit, I decline. I offered to send a picture so he could see for himself how terrible this is. He finally he agreed to resend the order. The quality was better but not great. The hassle was unnecessary and uncalled for. Will never order from them again!"

"First time here and I really enjoyed the spinach white pizza. It was very fresh, and the crust was soft and chewy yet sufficiently crispy. The quality of the crust makes me eager to try their calzones and stromboli."
