"My husband and I filed our taxes with Kelly on February 17th, And it is now March 12, I called last week to make sure our taxes were accepted because the IRS website has been having troubles & the receptionist told me everything should be fine and to check back in week. So fast forward to today, the tax prep woman just called us to tell us she never even submitted our taxes. So we paid almost 200$ a month ago to have our taxes done and they were never even submitted!! So frustrated, will never use this woman again!! I thought H&R Block was supposed to be a reputable tax company. Extremely annoying. Glad it’s not after April or this could’ve been really bad and at no fault of my own."
