"Terrible Motel. Dirty bedding, towels, floors, and shower. Drug users in and out. The place has a smell. Sewage or rust coming out of the tub and the sink. Over charged my debit card multiple times. Owes me a balance from one those overcharges of $66 dollars since December 21st. Its now January 15th and I've yet to receive the funds. I spoke to 3 different people behind the desk and could never get answers or return calls from management after leaving multiple messages. When I was finally able to speak to the owner he explained it was a mistake and he had corrected it in the computer system and released the money that was overcharged back to my debit card and furthermore was given his "personal guarantee" to have the money returned back in 3 business days... that was two weeks ago now and still nothing. I spoke directly to choice hotels on this matter and i was told that the motel owner NEVER actually corrected the error and their solution was to offer me points instead of the funds that were taken from my card! I rejected that offer of course and was told they'd be opening an investigation. I was lied to by this establishment and management. Choice hotels didn't seem to want to help me other than offering a free night stay. I don't want a free night of anything. I want the money back that was taken from me please! If you're absolutely desperate to stay somewhere and you choose this place, use cash or this motel might end up robbing your money as well. Simple mistake or not, at this point my recommendation to anyone reading this review would be to stay elsewhere."

"This was the worst hotel I’ve ever seen/stayed in. There were bugs, paint peeling, ashes everywhere (in a non smoking room) the toilet wouldn’t flush, we were told we had wifi, it wouldn’t work! Went to the front desk, he told us to just put the password in… there wasn’t an option to? There was left over sauces in the desk from the guests before us… the phone in the room didn’t work either, safety hazard?? Only two of the outlets in the room were operational. There was a sticker over the smoke alarm sensor as well, and to top it off I’m from Canada so this room cost me almost 200$ for two nights."

"I ended up with this through Hotwire. There were guys driving cases of beer just outside our door. Our room was crawling with BED BUGS. We immediately checked the first bed and found about 10 live bed bugs. Gross. We were offered another room which stunk of cigarettes. We then booked another hotel. The owners said we could get a refund through Hotwire but then refused when Hotwire contacted them"
