"I did not want to give a single star. A staff member was awful at this UPS location today while I was returning Amazon products- argumentative, not paying attention, putting the wrong item with the wrong bar code. I calmly noted her mistakes and told her perhaps she was trying to go too fast, she kept insisting I was mistaken, I was not. I was organized, her attitude was awful. I do a lot of shopping with Amazon, I am already reaching out to Amazon because I am concerned that my returns were screwed up. Awful Service. We understand the location can be busy, but someone with that attitude has no business working at UPS or as an Amazon affiliate. I rarely ever post reviews, this is probably my second Google Review ever. I am only moved to post when someone's poor attitude or service will impact me directly in a negative way. I will have to sort out my returns and refunds with Amazon because of this young woman's poor attitude and poor service."

"I paid for a package on Thursday of last week for a Saturday delivery. The documents were important and needed to get them to my brother in law in the wake of losing his wife, my sister. I trusted your staff who said the package would be there on Saturday. It wasn't processed until Saturday and he still doesn't have the package. The young man was more concerned about getting to his car that he parked in an undesirable part of town and the manager thought it was a good idea to train him on how to set up a mailbox transaction with 10 customers waiting in line before closing. I paid money for a prompt delivery and our family has been inconvenienced because the staff didn't follow through to complete the transaction. For all of this, I could have gone to USPS. Very disappointed."

"I order a lot from Amazon and now that Kohl's doesn't accept returns, this UPS location is my new "go to". So far, all has been good during the few times that I've been there. Friendly customer service, no long lines, and accurate processing."

"I have never had an issue besides a line from this store being busy, went it late tonight like 30 mins before close and Connor was helping me figure out how to make some Amazon returns when a group of like 6 people came in with a full truck load of Amazon returns and 4 people with another car load. Connor dealt with it all in a speedy fashion, give that man a raise!"

"the clerk who helped me was exceptionally helpful and nice! I had 2 awkward boxes and he helped me bring them in and took care of them quickly and was very friendly and knowledgeable throughout my time there. Based on my experience i would highly recommend this store to anyone!"
