"I love that the UPS store keeps an address book for me so I don't have to label my packages. I recently sent two gifts to family members and I didn't realize the address stored was the old address not the new address. I fortunately caught it before the package was delivered. The store owner was able to get the address updated and re-route my package and it was delivered only 1 day later. I was so relieved. That package would have been lost forever had it gone to the new occupants at the old address. Can't do that with USPS. I'll always ship with UPS.
