"I experienced an issue where I was charged more than anticipated, for mailing 5 standard letter-size papers in a letter-size envelope. Despite specifying ground shipping with no urgency, the charges were unexpectedly high for a service with no time limit expectation. Throughout the conversation, I was displeased with the agent's behavior, and I question why I was charged more than expected. Reflecting on a similar experience two years ago, I have predominantly used FedEx since then. While the difference may be minor, I now find it challenging to trust UPS."

"I usually only come to one of these locations when I'm in a jam and I need to copy or print something while the other less expensive alternative is closed. They do have a self serve computer for use which has been helpful, and you would be hard pressed to find a similar office service and supply store with a computer for customers to use. The store itself is modern and the employees have always been nice to me here. The do charge a lot though for their services however. I'm glad they they are here."

"I love coming to this UPS location in Pan Am. The customer service is always great and I always feel welcomed. I live down the street from the Yorktown Center location but I prefer to drive here. The Yorktown location has terrible customer service. Today I came in close to closing time with 7 big boxes to be shipped to Amazon. There was only one young lady working and it was busy. There were 3 people ahead of me and a line behind me. I noticed that she handled every client with a positive attitude and was very professional. When it was my turn, she treated me with the same professionalism greeting me with a huge smile. I'm also in customer service so this really made my day. I wish I took her name but wanted to say Thank You for an awesome experience!!! I will continue to visit this location."
