Also I learned you can do USPS besides UPS ! Again, I really appreciate Theresa looking out for my interests. Plus I’ve been able to return all sorts of stuff — including Amazon Returns and Comcast/Xfinity equipment. This is truly a one stop shop! And very clean and modern store and wonderful owner. "What an incredibly professional and customer service oriented, UPS store. I was immediately greeted by everyone. They all worked efficiently and effectively to make sure any customer walking in was serviced in a manner that was very personable and efficient . I had a crazy Christmas delivery situation and needed to get the packages mailed out as quickly as possible and the store was near closing time. The owner not only worked very quickly to have the items ready for the driver.. but offered to go the extra mile and get one special package to the main delivery spot tonight..Wow!!
