"Completely destroyed my car. After taking well over $10k my car was never right when it left his shop. I've had to take my car to another shop and pay nearly $5k to get his shoddy work corrected. Horrible tune. Caused me to have to replace my torque converter 4 times through basically trial and error instead of admitting he didn't know what he was doing. Was referred there by a friend who ending up with the same results unfortunately. Around the same time he had 3 cars worked on and had similar results. We were both ripped off and left with vehicles that did not run properly and cost us a lot of money to correct."

"My husband and I have been looking for a decent automotive repair shop for over 20 years and we finally found one and it's called Keith's Pit Stop. The people there are friendly, kind, congenial, professional, and very knowledgeable of what they do. They bend over backwards to help their customers. Their pricing is excellent their work is excellent they get you in as quickly as they can this is the kind of shop that everyone should be able to go to. They back their work and if you ever have any issues concerns or problems they take care of it immediately. They should receive a local award for customer service here. This garage makes other garages look like a rip-off. If they can do the work correctly and at a fair price so can everyone else. Keith who is the owner of the shop used to be a certified Ford mechanic and worked for the Ford dealership in Gettysburg Pennsylvania and I believe he still is a certified Ford mechanic. Awesome place!"

"Great shop and they treat you right. If the bill is $50, you pay $50. Not like a dealership where they look for extra things, fees, and raise the price on you. Excellent customer service! Been going there for years and I highly recommend them."

"Quick service, no waiting area at all so be ready to be standing around. Best to drop off your vechical, if your doing an inspection waiting isn't so bad maybe 30 minutes. It is best to make an appointment, they are a very busy place I had to make an appointment two weeks in advance to get an inspection done."
