"We will not be coming back. VERY disappointed. We spent over $80 on dinner tonight. We were really excited to try the new food under new ownership. We LOVE supporting local Glen Rock businesses. When my husband got home with the food, 2 items were missing, 1 item was wrong. My husband went back to get the missing items and get a replacement for the item that was wrong. The person that he spoke to (maybe the owner?) told my husband that I ordered the wrong thing. Which is NOT true. I ordered an eggplant parmesan sub for my vegetarian daughter. We were given a chicken parmesan sub. The person at the store did end up giving my husband the eggplant sub but AFTER insisting I had ordered the wrong thing. AND on top of all of that the Greek Salad was missing the green olives, eggs, croutons, and sundried tomatoes. Eating out is a treat for our family of 8. We won't be spending money here again. VERY DISAPPOINTED."
"Food is what matters, service was good, very nice owner but….you pay $15-$20 at ANY pizza shop for a boli that is STUFFED with 5-6 toppings, I paid $25 and got a boli that was the bare minimum amount of meat in it with 3 toppings. I have eaten Stromboli’s from every pizza shop around and this was very disappointing. The pic shows the lack of toppings and I see other reviews mentioning the lack of meat, for $25 I expect better considering other shops in the area (Shrewsbury & Loganville) are $15 and have the correct amount of toppings. They also own another shop and if you check the prices on that menu the boli’s are much cheaper ($15-$20)…Ive changed from 2 to 4 stars since I’ve tried their other food and it was made well and was delicious!"
"I was very disappointed. As someone who has tasted some of the best pizza in the US this was a deceptive experience. The first time I came I asked if the mushrooms were fresh. They were and the pizza was actually pretty good. I thought this might be my new local pizza joint. Second visit they gave me canned mushrooms and it completely ruined the pizza. It was salty and sour. Even my seven year old spit it out and he loves mushrooms. Seems they have lost their standards. I will not be returning."
"Food was good. Owner was extremely nice and attentive. Prices are very reasonable. Not an upscale place, but it's not meant to be. Just a comfortable spot to grab a bite when you're in the area."
"Sausage peperoni onion well done!! There is no better pizza. and his Hawaiian pizza is absolutely the best. Joes an artist with pizza. His Sicilian pizza is INCREDIBLE, and his stomboli's are absolulty the BEST you will ever eat. If there is a stromboli better than Joes. I haven't found it and i seriously doubt you will either."
