"I want to take the time to personally thank Jay from this UPS location. I needed to ship a big table across the country and Jay was able to walk me through the process, answer all my questions, was incredibly professional and scheduled everything for me. He provided confirmation and even showed me how they packaged the item and assuaged all my concerns. They were able to pick up my table at my home without any issues. 10/10 recommend! Thank you Jay!"

"I have been coming to this UPS store for years. Sadly, this time I found my experience to be different. I had a shipping label to overnight a laptop and computer bag. Before even attempting to fit the laptop in the box included with the shipping, they said it wouldn’t fit. John (was unhelpful) said I would have to pay $9 to purchase a box with bubble wrap. I asked the clerk that was attending me (not John) to show me the box that was included in the shipping. I was able to slide the computer with bag right in with no problem. Why didn’t they even try it?? It was a terrible customer service experience! So disappointing I was concerned about protecting it further and was charged $2 for a small piece of bubble wrap. Is $2 worth losing a customer? Perhaps upcharging is what the objective was. I left the store feeling bad. To the point that I will think twice about coming back."

"I've been here a few times to send packages, including a prearranged return for a shopping order from another company. I've also had my updated passport photos taken here earlier this year to renew my passport. They charge a nominal fee for this service and provided knowledgeable, professional service to meet the national requirements for passport photos. The large parking lot has a weird zig-zag pattern, so be careful where you look for a space - you might not be able to easily find the exit to the main road or you may see another car come from seemingly out of nowhere. There are plenty of available spaces, typically, but you've been warned lol."

"I had 5 heavy boxes full HUGE proposals in binders to send to one of my clients in Texas, and was struggling with getting FedEx to pick them up at my office. I finally was fed up and decided to take them to the UPS store up the street. I needed a push cart to haul these heavy boxes to my car. I pulled up in front of the UPS Store and started to unload these boxes, and an employee came out quicker than a hiccup to help. After taking one in, I was getting the cart out of my car. "You don't need that he said" as he picked up one box, then asked me to stack another on him. Fair enough ... but he said thank you sir may I have another? (Well, not literally) I plopped the small box on top and he easily took all three inside. BEAST MODE! He then took the last box while I parked and then went inside. I was promptly served and got my packages shipped with no hassle or frustration. I have used this UPS store a few times with excellent service, but this time they went above and beyond."
