I believe they are very honest, and being a single woman, that is a big plus. (have car mechanic in the family so I do check on pricing and needed things to make sure the advice is sound) Very pleased with this place and highly recommend it."

"I took my car in for inspection, they gave me an estimate of 3200 dollars. I took to another mechanic that fixed everything they failed. Half which he found should of passed. Charged me 420 dollars and took back for reinspecion, and they charged me full price for a reinspecion as an original one. They rip people off big time."

"I would leave zero stars but google wouldn’t let me. Don’t go to Littlestown auto care! I had been a loyal customer for 13 years, recommend to family and friends, until last week. Chad was the best, implicitly trusted him, and I don’t trust many to touch my cars. I do a lot of my own work. Just found out he left last February, but this isn’t the reason I saying this. I took my rav4 in for its yearly inspection and was told it had failed due to screws being in 3 out of 4 tires and only one could be repaired, other two too close to side wall. I took the car home and pulled each tire, one was only a rock and the other two were screws but only wedged in the tread, no penetration and less than an 1/8th inch long. When I called to explain what I found, they refused to entertain that they made a mistake and weren’t thorough. Said they had sprayed and tires were leaking. They had recorded tire pressure and all the tires were at 36psi. 24 hours later (even now a week later), still the same, but they refused to pass it. Chad would have had me bring it in and would have tested the tires together and if no leaks, would have passed it. No customer service and could care less when I said would take my business somewhere else! Don’t trust them, they are just trying to rip people off now"

"The friendliness and honesty of the staff is what makes me a loyal customer. They are trustworthy to give good advice without trying to get more money out of you. I like seeing the pictures of everything that is inspected so you know what the staff is talking about and it's easy to refer back to in their notes. They do quality workmanship and use quality products, and they've always fixed my car problems the first time around. They even remember issues with my car from 2 years prior. They are so personable and genuinely want to help you."

"We’ve gone to them for several years. This year when taking our car in to be inspected, it failed because the windshield wipers were bad. Okay, no big deal. I couldn’t put wipers on because it was a liability and they charged $60 for wipers. If I took the car home to put wipers on they would recharge for and inspection. They’ve always had a separate re-inspection fee. But this has apparently changed and they charge full price just to verify you put new wipers on. So $100 for inspection and wipers. The only comment they made was “yeah we changed how we do that.” THEN a week later when it rains and I turn on the wipers, the drivers side wiper flew off. $60 to lose a wiper that I need to replace now."
