"I went to this UPS store to ship a small box and to ask about a PO box. I purchased a small box to pack my materials and I asked if I could have one piece of tape to seal what would be the bottom of mu box. The two ladies behind the counter said they would have to charge me 2.29 for the one piece of tape and advised me it was policy. I asked again to make sure and they confirmed that even one piece of tape across the bottom of the 10 or 12 inch box would result in a charge. So I returned the box I purchased from them and I will not be coming back to this ups store at 11307 York Rd. If the owner reads this review what you don't realize is that I own a small business nearby and I was about to get a PO box and would would have begun using all of your shipping and other office services. Now i will never step foot in your business again. Your willingness to charge for piece of tape has cost you a small business customer."

"Most recently, I had to stop in a few times before Christmas for returns to Amazon. Each time the staff was so quick it was a pleasure to be in there. One visit there were 4 people ahead of me but it was still fast. Everyone who waited on me was friendly and professional. I used to hate that Amazon made me drop off at UPS store for returns instead of giving me a label and having pick up at my office. It's really super easy to work into my schedule and the experience is always very positive. Great service from a locally owned small business. Keep it up!"
