"Out of all the UPS locations I've gone to, this is the only location where I've been greeted at the door. The staff were so quick, kind, and helpful!!! I was peeling stickers off a box that I planned on using to return an item and without hesitation, the gentleman at the counter told me not to worry about it, while he was assisting someone else, and scanned the return label. I was out in 60 seconds. Attentive!!!"

"*UPDATE (Previously 1 star): Recently went to this establishment to send a number of large packages. The process was seamless, efficient and my packages arrived on time and without any damages. Thanks for the prompt service and I hope the business continues to improve.* OG Review: I brought in a package for overnight shipping way before the cut off time of 6PM, only to discover that the package was never shipped. I even went back into the store to confirm that the package would be shipped on time and they said it would. The package has not arrived nor has the delivery information been updated to reflect where it actually is."
