"Two pizzas and wings… both pizzas were cooked so hard the flavor was barely there. One pizza should have been half chicken and half pineapple they only gave half chicken. Wings came With no ranch. Contacted the store who offered to only replace one pizza since my child started eating the other one, mind you we already waited 25 plus minutes for the delivery and they expect us to wait exactly 25-30 mins for a remade pizza and to return the food per manager whp said his name was Wesley Smith. Won’t order from this location again. Customer service is a huge necessity especially when in these situations and this store lacks that. I’m very disappointed in the manager’s service and the quality of my food. Wings also arrived cool. Re delivery arrived a little over 30 mins later. Pizza cold cooked hard but atleast they made it with the correct toppings. I’d pass on this location if I were you"

"Manager Vanessa very disrespectful manager poor customer service lack of empathy for customers. She got my order wrong and said I asked for barbecue sauce under the pizza as the sauce for the pizza and both pizzas were wrong.She said I will receive one of the pizzas back and 0 accommodation, my total was 52$. Never come here if u want good customer service. Vanessa needs to be demoted and replaced quickly because that will behavior should never be allowed in a professional setting."

"I came in to place a quick order of Philly tater tots and it was ready within 10 mins or so. Good tater tots and super fresh! Good service as well. When I came in I was greeted by a worker who asked if I am picking up or placing order."

"BUYERS BEWARE THIS IS A POORLY RUN FRANCHISE LOCATION: It has extremely poor customer service, they price gauge when given the opportunity and the quality of the pizza is not up to par with other locations. Story: I ordered the large pizza 3 toppings carryout deal $11.99. I ordered one more topping (jalapenos) for a total of 4 toppings. All of a sudden the price became $17.46. Amazing right? I asked about it and the answer I got was that Tomato Sauce was considered a topping at that location (yes you read that correctly). $1.99 for the tomato sauce lol and another $1.99 for the jalapenos...I was stunned. Then the pizza comes out and it has a total of 7 thinly cut jalapenos. I then started looking around for Ashton Kutcher to see if I was being pranked. ENTIRELY UNACCEPTABLE. I then proceed to ask for a refund and the manager got extremely upset and rude. I never once raised my voice but he didn't like the complaint? Lol. He then says to me, "Leave and never come back!" Wow. what an experience! I'll make sure to tell everyone I know about this particular location. To the Franchise owner: Good luck with your new customer acquisition strategy you seem to have alot of one star reviews as it is...smh. I'll be looking forward to seeing this locale go out of business in the near future."

"DO NOT ORDER HERE. I ordered from here on a Tuesday night at 9:00. My order began quality check at 9:48. But for an hour an a half thats what they did?!?!? Then when my food gets here the driver rudely says” No tip?” NO IT TOOK YOU 2 hours !! And to top it all off they must not have had Alfredo sauce. My pasta and pizza are as dry as the box it comes in! A simple call to tell someone would have been nice"
