As a personal trainer, I love idea of being about to do my programming for my clients then hit a workout all in the same place. If I were a trainer in town this would be my home base! I dropped in to workout and they were so kind and welcoming! It is a perfect location so if you are in town you absolutely NEED to check it out! You won’t regret it!"

From start to finish of my time at Squadstyle everyone was friendly, personal, and more than willing to help you with whatever you needed to meet goals and live a better life. "I was traveling and spent a week working and exercising at SL Studio and it was perfect. Hannah and Jimmy were great, just a very welcoming vibe here. The kitchen was well equipped and tidy, the gym had everything I could have wanted, and there was always coffee. Highly recommend this coworking space!"

"SL Studio is exactly what I have been looking for! It’s a comfortable, relaxed, and professional work space where I can come and go to fit my schedule. I love the flexible seating options, different work space options including an outdoor space, and the quiet room for when It’s time for a break or morning meditation to start the day. Having a gym onsite with all of the equipment I need has been awesome! I no longer have to plan my work schedule and kid pick up around driving to and from a gym. I simply find a break in my day and go workout then come back to work or head home. I’m so pleased with everything the have to offer and the clean aesthetically beautiful space as well as the good company of kind and friendly co-workers here. Hannah and Jimmy have been amazing and helped me walk through getting situated. Great place!"
