He's a great example of how people should do the job and do it well. If I could give the guy a bonus I would - this is the best I can do, so I'm hoping you will bonus him, and hang on to him as long as you can. The whole staff reflect this attitude and work well together as a team."

"Good first time experience. Brandon, the young man who waited on me, was obviously eager to do his job well and he did just that. I had a yellow pages phone book size of papers to send and assumed it would be very expensive but it was only 14 dollars and arrived the very next day. Granted, it wasn't that far away, but still, in terms of delivery, I got what Brandon told me I'd get. So great job UPS for hiring good people like Brandon who gets things done and does them well."

I am frequently in their store, and have always been greeted the moment the door opens. This is very unusual now days. The staff are all so so polite and eager to help.
