"Holy cow this was disgusting. I even reported my visit to Papa John's corporate complete with receipt, date, details, etc, because it was so gross, but it went ignored. Half cooked pizza, missing sauces and ingredients, a 50 minute wait for 2 pies on a Tuesday. We had to toss the entire order in the trash due to the raw dough. Gross!"

"Can't follow instructions. Just simple pizza 2 toppings 1 side and square cut. They made it twice but still wrong. I feel sorry for the workers and customers"

"The accuracy of my orders has significantly plummeted over the past 14 months. I can only suppose the previous manager left or replaced. This is the 5th time in a row that I have had an issue with this specific PJs. It is always the same excuse - new workers. I feel like after many months it's more about poor management and as the Manager himself said to me this week - Poor Management. I think I will try another pizza delivery company or 2 before I trust Papa John's again..."

"We’ve only had good experiences with this Papa Johns. The pizza is tasty and we’ve never had a mix up problem with our order and we go here often. We always through order through the Papa Johns App and pick up with their $10.99 Carry Out Only special large pizza. Staff has been very friendly."
