Manhattan Pizza

"We ordered "The Kids Party" catering package for my daughter's 3rd birthday party at the Natalli Family Y. The pizza was exactly on time (actually, about five minute early!), and everything was so, so good. We definitely over-ordered on food - for 10 kids and 10 adults, the four pizzas, 24 chicken tenders, and 24 cookies was way too much, but the value for the money was definitely great. The pizza and chicken tenders both were BIG hits, with people asking where I'd ordered from."

"Sumi and her crew did a great job helping us feed our daughter’s entire field hockey team tonight. The food was great and the portions were huge. The 50 piece garlic knots, baked ziti, Caesar and Greek salads were devoured by the team. Thank you Sumi for taking our order earlier this week and having the food hot and ready to pick up at the exact right time. The staff even helped carry everything to our car! And we made sure to leave a cash tip."

"So we ordered a "grilled Chicken Caesar Salad" and we got a house salad with grilled chicken. Now, I understand these things happen and is not the reason for the low review. It was how the manager handled it. So when it was brought to their attention, the response was "You should have ordered a "Caesar Salad with Grilled Chicken!" and that "you should be more careful next time, because I wont do this again." We then got a Caesar Salad and the other Salad so we can move the chicken over.......I mean....huh?"

"DO NOT TIP USING A CARD! All tips via cards go directly to the owner not the people doing the work. Tip only cash! I have ordered several times and have never had an issue. Ordered online today and it arrived 20 minutes early. Everything is great quality and packaged nicely. Their website is extremely convenient and simple to use. I have been inside to order before as well and the place was very open and clean. Staff was very nice and helpful and the food arrived in only fifteen minutes after ordering at counter despite it being Friday and dinner time."

"I placed an order on grubhub for the first time and employees from this restaurant called me personally and asked how I’m going to tip them. I stated I left a tip on the app. I heard someone in the background yell “NOT THE DRIVER. US”. I explained that the app doesn’t have a way to tip the actual restaurant. They were aggressive and annoyed. This is extremely unprofessional. I come in there personally very often and I always leave a substantial tip considering i only get carry out. The one time I use grubhub for delivery (for a birthday party). They call me personally to complain and disrespect me. On top of that. The food came absolutely destroyed. I don’t know if it was the grubhub driver or the restaurant. Either way, I won’t be back."
