"The representative was very knowledgeable. Answered my questions. She even revealed some information. I wished I was privy to when I made my first purchase months ago. I was not aware I was able to return a mattress which was only use one time in my extra bedroom. The mattress is hard as a rock. And of course I missed the deadline date for a credit. five stars is for this particular representative. I will give one star to the one that did not reveal to me about the exchange policy."
