"We had pulled off highway 81 northbound because we heard a grinding noise in the front end of our truck thinking it was a wheel bearing problem on the drivers side. We are from out of town and googled a “repair shop” nearby. This led us to Williamsport Auto Care. They took right care of us. They diagnosed the problem immediately. In fact the noise we were hearing was actually coming from the passenger side of the vehicle. They were very friendly, put us in right away and fixed the problem so we could get back on the road as we were heading back to Canada. Couldn’t get better service! We would highly recommend them. "We've taken our vehicle to this shop six (6) times and spent ~$1,350 to fix our AC and yet it still does not work. These people are either incompetent or scammers, do not spend your money with them. Edit: After taking the vehicle to a real mechanic, he was able to fix the issue in a couple hours. He reported to us that they hadn't installed the new components correctly, disengaged the fan and could have caused major damage to the engine had he not fixed it."

"Williamsport Auto Care is amazing! I highly recommend to anyone! From the time I sent an email just telling them about what was going on with my car, I received an email the next morning back with a response. They didn’t want to just replace the part that Auto Zone said was needed he wanted to make sure the reason behind the code that was showing. Sure enough, I am so lucky they took the time to things the right way! My car was in and out, and they changed my oil which was much cheaper than Valvoline. The staff were efficient, kind and respectable. I will not take my care anywhere else in the future."
