"He has had my nephew's truck since May, 2023 was supposed to fix the transmission and then motor repair said he would be done with the repairs and he would have it back in June, 2023. We have yet to get it back as of today's date. My nephew has paid him almost 12,000.00 for parts and he keeps saying you will have it in 2 weeks and then when we call to check on progress, he's working on it and will have it back to him in 2 weeks. I never heard of a business that keeps asking for money for parts, they are supposed to purchase what they need and then you pay for it at the time of completion. We are in the process of hiring a lawyer to take him to court. This is ridiculous. I wouldn't give him any stars but I had to choose 1 to be able to post."

"Time line of work completion was pushed backed over and over. Price i was told for labor doubled the day I was told it was completed and could be picked up."

The crew was super courteous and transparent throughout the almost 2 days they had my vehicle there. Bill called or texted me with updates in real time, to keep me updated on the progress.
