"As always since I was a child. I've always loved this park. Brings back so many memories. Though the park has changed. The beauty is still there! Come in the fall or spring! Fall for the beautiful colors in the leaves changing. Spring for the baby ducks in the stream and colorful flowers."

"Dedicated to the memory of war and I suppose the ones who fought in them. Meticulously maintained, this is a beautiful park. Picnic pavilions, a stream with Ducks, playgrounds for children, Mini Golf, great pool. . . It is a pleasant place to visit over and over again, a green gem in a Martinsburg, WV. This time of year (Mid September), the park is more subdued, quieter. Children have gone back to school, the pool is closed. . . Mainly, you'll see walkers and runners and the occasional toddler out for 'let's get you ready for a nap walk,' They're walking and talking with all their cuteness. War Memorial Park is an endlessly beautiful, peaceful respite in Martinsburg."

"A great park with tons of things to do. Multiple playgrounds, various sizes of pavilions, pool, bathroom facili, collet ball court, basketball court, performance stage, built in bleachers and grilling areas. There is a decent amount of parking."

"Beautiful park !! Plenty of playgrounds and a swimming pool as well. Great place to take your pets for a walk and let the kids play in the playgrounds. While it was busy today there is plenty of space and it wasn't crowded. Not very far from I-81 with easy access on and off the highway. Great place to rest and picnic before hitting the road again."
