"Our family was on our way to WV with our 35’ camper in tow. Our 3500 dually was overheating up every hill. We called Roy’s from the side of 68 in a panic. They said they’d take a look right away, and they did. We dropped our camper at Rock State and took our truck to Roy’s. He diagnosed the issue immediately by looking under the hood and knowing how engine should work, not by the computer. He gave my husband sound advice and we took the truck back into him the next day. He graciously gave my husband a ride back to our family at the campground. He originally thought it was one issue but after working on it, found a much less expensive problem. He could have replaced the more expensive part and charged a lot more money but instead was an honest and fair guy. We really appreciate Roy’s kindness and even though our plans got rerouted, we are super grateful we took the truck to him to get fixed."
