"We absolutely loved it here. We lived here for a year. At first we thought it was a bit pricey, but it was really worth it considering all of the available amenities (pool, gym, in unit washer/dryer, parking garage). We never had any issues here with neighbors or management. Tanner was wonderful to work with! If we need anything fixed they were always there within a few hours to fix it. The apartment itself was clean, updated, and a place we felt like we could call home. I would definitely recommend 1400 main!"

"I’ve been living at 1400 Main for over 3 years now, and I absolutely love it. Between the beautiful lobby with the coffee bar, the pool and the gym amenities, I feel like I’m on vacation! The staff is wonderful, friendly, hardworking, and helpful. The location is a quick, convenient drive to pretty much anything you need, and is even walkable to several businesses and restaurants. I look forward to living at 1400 Main for many years to come!"

"A lovely place to live 1400 truly is a wonderful place to live! We moved from a much sunnier and warmer climate to Pittsburgh and could not be happier with our decision to live here. We will be sad to move out in a few months. The apartment itself is very comfortable, open layout and great insulation. Unlike most apartments where you can hear your neighbors constantly, you can't hear your neighbors here. Only on the rare occasion if the people upstairs walk on the hard kitchen floor can we hear their footsteps - and it has to be complete quiet in our place to notice. We are light sleepers and sleep better here than we did in our old townhouse. The amenities are amazing. First, parking that is covered and attached to the building is such a plus, you won't have to scrape the snow off of your car. The gym is amazing - weight machines, free weights, cardio machines, spin bikes, rowing machines and so much more. I love to hit the gym and have gotten rid of my gym membership. The great room is beautiful and a great place for parties. We love the pool and hot tub. Our dog enjoys the dog parks with all the friends he has made here. In fact, we made many friends because of our pup. The location/neighborhood in Southpointe is so convenient. You can walk to restaurants. There are miles of sidewalks on quiet roads - you can run for miles or walk your dog for miles like we do around here. We enjoy walking by the pond near the golf club - in summer you can see many otters swimming. We take our dog out at all times of the day and night and always feel very safe. The front of the complex is well lit along the street with lights and the back of the complex is well lit with lights along the walking path. 1400 staff/management - they have been great at resolving any issues that we have had. The maintenance staff are friendly and professional. 1400 hosts events for the residents and they are always a good time - lots to eat and drink and get to know your neighbors. You may read other reviews about a fire alarm problem - please note this has been resolved and that 1400 worked continuously to fix this issue. From what I heard it had to do with the original installation of the system but I am not sure. Overall a wonderful place to live. Anywhere you live there will be issues to be resolved and we have been very happy with how any issues that we encountered have been handled."
