"Our taxes were done by a first year tax preparer which was fine, except our E-file taxes sat in the office for a week after we had our appointment so that a tax professional was able to look over them. We also were notified at the time of preparing our taxes that we had a balance from the previous year. This was not correct because I went over the year before and paid cash for our taxes after we finally got our return. It was overall a hassle and we really weren't sold on going to H & R block this year, but tried giving them a chance to redeem themselves. NEVER AGAIN!!! We paid over $300 and a tax professional that charges $75 can do just as well and get us the same amount back. DONE WITH H&R BLOCK :("
