"So let’s start with the fact it’s Monday morning, putting my girls in the car to get them to daycare, went to leave and my car started doing some crazy stuff, I pull back into my driveway and turn off the car and try to turn it back on, it died. I had my neighbor jump start me and then went to leave again and it started doing crazy stuff again. I called jay bells and jay was extremely nice and helpful. He came to my house to look at the car and see what was going on before he would Potentially have to tow it. Thankfully he got it to the shop and didn’t have to tow. He called me a couple hours later and told me it was the alternator unfortunately and how much it would be. Which was very very reasonable and I told him to do the work. Literally an hour later they called and said it was done. This place was literally my savor today as I had to call off work and be back tomorrow! Definitely recommend jay bells and will be back for any future work !!"

"I know everyone has a hard time trusting small time dealerships, but honestly you'd be better off coming here than going to a name dealer. I got a lot of run around from a bigger named dealership, and I saw a car I liked on their lot driving around. I test drove it and over a year layer still love the car. They are a small business, but they actually put quality into their work for what they sell. They're also good at finding cars and trucks if they don't have it, it may take time, but it's well worth the visit. I plan to buy my vehicles from them as long as they're open."

"Did unnecessary work on my car which he stated he KNEW wasn't the problem. When the issue continued i came back & his worker ripped the handle off the door of my car. He refuses to fix it unless i pay for him breaking my car. Come here to be lied to and pay for work that isnt needed. Also if you want your car more broken than before. He's really nice til the money flow stops. I was also repeatedly having to hide from the dogs he lets run wild. one even bit me. If I knew how he'd steal from me I'd have gone to report the bite & have the dog put down. Since apparently he's never heard of a leash I'll settle for watching/waiting for one of those beasts to get mowed over while running the streets. Updated to add the police have been notified about the dangerous dog situation."
