"He honored a warranty for a timing chain installed in his shop slightly past the date when it would have run out. The vehicle had been in the shop for other reasons and had not been driven for about 3 months near the end of the warranty period, so he repaired it at no charge."
"I've always thought they had great service. Today , I'm not sure what the point is in even advertising you tow. I ended up having to call another tow service because for some reason it seemed shady to them that I wanted someone elses property taken off of my land. It is a very common reason to have something towed. It's not mine and it's sitting on my property. From now on I'll just call Robert's towing."
