Ledo Pizza

"Decided to order online a pizza. Online ordering was quick, easy and accurate. Arrived and the woman working was friendly, prompt and engaged. Not many people eating in but I hope it was an off day, this location is by far much better than any of the ledos I've been to in the MD/WV state line area. It was clean, very tasteful, food was delicious, I have zero complaints and look forward to eating there again next time I'm in the area and want ledos."

"I ordered online for take out. The website is easy enough to use and there was a tracker and an estimated ready time. My order was bagged up and waiting on me. The servers made sure I had any utensils, plates, etc. , that I needed."

"What a bummer! My family loves this place but we have six children in our family so the waitress this evening told us because we are eight the gratuity is included in the bill. We had an almost thirteen dollar tip included in our bill tonight. We told the waitress we just wanted to pay our bill and we will give our own gratuity. The waitress said she had to go ask for approval on this and then came back and said it was denied. I really don’t understand this, even if we would’ve had a waitress that didn’t serve well we still would’ve had to pay what they charged us on the bill. It’s hard enough on the wallet for us to dine out with our whole family. I’m not sure if what they did is even legal."

"Glad to have Ledo just down the mountain. Their pizza is consistently good takeout. That said, their pizza is executed poorly consistently as well. Good toppings, but rarely distributed evenly. If the signature is a square cut, have staff work on even pieces, and actually cut all the way through (or sharpen your cutters) — we nearly always have to tear some of our uneven pieces off the pie. Good pizza elements consistently, poor execution consistently. Back six months later to this review to update. I stand by my original post. The staff is woefully unable to cut a pie properly despite them tasting good."

"They were super busy but the staff was on point. Hardly any wait time. The food was excellent. Best ranch dressing I have ever had! We will definitely be going there again."
