"I ordered a pizza for pickup and was quoted 30 minutes till it was ready. I showed up in 35 minutes and there was no one at the counter 15 minutes prior to closing. I repeatedly asked "Hello, is anyone there?" and did not get a response. After a few minutes, I saw an individual cleaning in the back, they glanced in my direction and I asked again, no response. I'll have to give them the benefit of the doubt that they had air pods or something in but they didn't hear me and then continued to hide in the back out of sight. After about 10-15 minutes, I decided to give up picking up my pizza as it was late and I was hungry."
