"The kid at the counter was rude. I paid $60 for a full-service oil change and all I got was a basic oil change. No tires or fluids checked and filled. Extremely overpriced and disappointed with the service. I’d rather drive farther away to receive what I paid for."

"I've come here numerous times before and never had an issue. However, today, the gentleman was RUDE! I called ahead to ask if they were busy and he said "no" then promptly hung up on me. When I arrived I asked him if he would have the tech check my cabin air filter and he told me "it takes 30 minutes and they aren't going to waste their time on that". It was an hour to go until closing. Well, if they can't "waste their time" for a service I would pay for, then I will no longer waste MY time bringing my vehicle here."
