"I was very disappointed in their customer service. I completely understand having to wait, but 45 minutes at a “Quick” oil change center. I didn’t even get in. I had to leave. There is a sign reading an oil change takes about 15 minutes. I did not see any oil change taking that amount of time. The sign should be removed because it creates false expectations. Very disappointed. Bad service for a new business."
