"My car had a dead battery they came to my house charged it. Took my car to the garage changed the battery and inspected the car. I needed tires they took my car got me tires. Picked me up to get my car. I highly recommend Bertolinos for car repairs."

"Took my van there last year. The communication was not very good. When they checked the fluid initially, they did not reinstall the dip stick. When the repair was done, there was transmission fluid blowing under the car and up the back. They admitted that they do not change the seal on the shifter and sometimes it cracks and they have to pull it out and replace it. The car never did shift like before. Over time it got worse. I have put 14,000 miles on the car and it is still shifting, but with intermittent slips and hesitations here and there. My battery terminals were not attached tightly and I had to tighten and get my car jumped after they worked on it as well. If you plan to keep your car, I would go somewhere else. My a/c has not worked properly and that could be with how the reattached hoses to radiator. The hoses on there were not attached correctly either."
