Seems like people think they just "fix stuff" not how it works hoss. They can definitely look but worn out squeaking parts gotta be swapped. Average shop experience. Again Conveniently located and can get the inspections done as you shop ect."

"Scheduled an appointment with them online. I just needed my winter tires I bought put on and the all season tires that were on my vehicle disposed of. I scheduled an appointment for a sunday. Get there and they're locked up. Didn't know they weren't open on Sundays anymore. I rescheduled the appointment for the next day, Monday. I show up at noon the next day. The garage bay was pitch black and quiet, there were 2 young guys sitting at the front desk on cellphones just talking. They asked who I was. Then the guy says "you're appointment was at 11am. We moved on to the next person." The website doesn't have specific times, it has time slots. I scheduled for the 11a-1p slot. So I assumed since I was dropping it off I could do it between those times. The guy told me I had to reschedule for noon the next day, Tuesday. He asked what I was getting done? I told him. Then the second guy asked "should I come in tomorrow to do his tires". The guy who was assisting me said "no I can do it". They acted busy when nothing was going on there at all. The one guy said rudely "by the way we are closed on Sundays now. Corporate told us to close on Sundays cause we arnt busy enough." Clearly. An older gentleman came in right after me and they told him they couldn't assist him either. He left shaking his head. After my visit I went down to NTB. The staff at the front desk was super nice and had my vehicle in their garage within 15 min. They were prompt with their service and were professional. Sorry monro but I'll be going to NTB for anything my warranty doesn't cover from now on. Monro is turning people away, what a shame."

"First they said I didn't have an appointment when I called the day prior to confirm the time. When I get there they say their tech just left on a family emergency. Understandable. Then they say they can get me right in the new Stanton location. They even called to confirm. So I drive there 10 min away no big deal. After waiting for over an hour I asked how much longer and I was told 30 min. of course I don't believe that and drove back to mt pleasant to let them know and maybe reschedule to find out the inspector wont be back till Tuesday."
