"My fiance called the store (yesterday) 10/11/23 to purchase auto parts to repair our car. He placed an order and was assured that the parts would be ready for pick up today. When he stopped in to pick up the order, he was told there was no history of an order taken and no parts to pick up. We have one car that we rely on and now we have to scramble to find another business that can provide the parts within the next day or two. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and the lack of professionalism at this store. We will not be returning in the future."
