"This place is terrible. The receptionist is very nice but they use cheap material and provide poor quality work. I got repairs done to my car that I will now have to pay to get done again. The materials used were cheap and my front and back bumpers were not properly positioned onto my car when attached so there are spaces between the body of my car and the bumper. When I called to address this, I was given the run around. There was NO accountability shown by the mechanics. I will NEVER have my vehicle serviced here again."

"I took my car to have my front and back bumpers repaired as well as the top portion of my glove box. The materials used were CHEAP. My back bumper was placed loosely onto my car. You can literally see space between the bumper and the body of my car. Now the sides of the bumper are starting to lift away from my car because the bumper wasn’t attached properly. The paint on the front bumper is peeling and chipping and I got the work done less a year ago. The bottom portion of my glove box not pops open at random, which it NEVER did before taking my car to this place. I came back in several times to have them look at my car and fix these issues. They kept doing bandaid repairs that were only temporary. When I called in to speak with someone they tried to blame the damages on me. I will now have to pay again to have my car repaired correctly. Even though the estimate they gave was lower than other repair shops, I definitely would have been better off going somewhere else. You pay less here because they offer less quality. My best suggestion to you is GO SOMEWHERE ELSE."

"If I could give them 10 stars I would! Absolutely the best experience from start to finish. I had collision repair, dent repair, rust repair and entire vehicle painted, and it looks amazing! Great people and great work."

"I was stranded 3 hours away from home and no one in the area would take the towing job, luckily Tim (one of your drivers) was in the area! He towed me all the back to Montgomery county in a timely fashion and he was very polite, I've never been stranded but Tim made this a positive experience for me and my family. PS - Steve you've got an amazing worker on your hands and I'm glad."
