"Our car was absolutely acting terrible. We were leaking oil horribly and we've been having issues with it skipping for months and months and months. Unable to fix it ourselves. We had taken it to a dealership last yr and this is when all problems started happening. We took it to Walmart to get the oil changed since it was leaking everywhere. We got Jeff, from north huntingdon walmart and we were SO pleased with his service. He not only fixed our oil issue, but also replaced our cabin filter, air filter and oil filter I believe. The dealership prior did not clip down the box for the air filter and water, and dirt was getting all inside of it. The box was filled with water and he sucked out everything he could and replaced it. Not only did he do all of that, he took the time at the end of his shift to explain to us every single thing in detail. He was so kind, didn't act like he was rushing even though it was the end of his shift, he took his time and explained and answered all of our questions. He didn't know it, but he did fix our issue we'd been trying to fix for months of our vehicle stuttering. It hasn't done it since. We are so thankful to Jeff! We offered to tip him and he said he isn't allowed to accept tips, which makes me realize what a stand up guy he truly is! Thank you, Jeff! We will be coming back to Walmart tire for our car needs as long as you are there! Thank you!"
"Almost no staff to answer phones and notify customers of upcoming appointments. You have to go there in person and actually speak to someone. Easy to do if you live nearby but otherwise it's a trip."
