"NOT RECOMMENDED! This mechanic cheated me by putting in a used part (engine mount) and charged me $150 for a brand-new part. I found out when I asked my Honda dealer to check it out during state inspection to confirm. They confirmed it was a used part. That's why I suffered with engine vibration for two years. And Duane tried to play dumb & pretend not to know anything about it. Lucky for me, I still have the part & invoice as evidence. I've used him for 15 years. He's no longer a quality mechanic that he used to be. My last attempt was when he didn't bother to work on my car for TWO months. UNACCEPTABLE! I would NEVER use his service again. Stay away from Duane Anselm Automotive!!! He will screw you sooner or later."
