Domino's Pizza 11822 Frankstown Road, Penn Hills, PA 15235

"STAY AWAY! Terrible customer service. Ordered said delivered and it wasn’t so my husband drove there and the woman tells him we do that when we leave the store. Welllll about ten minutes later the man shows up with cold terrible almost inedible food after it was marked delivered for over 20 minutes. Took a hour to get the most terrible food I’ve ever eaten in my life. My husband also had to remind the driver of our drinks after he delivered everything else. The pizza was soggy and cold and wrong. The hoagie disgusting threw everything away. Can’t get anyone on the phone after numerous calls. Theyll just tell you they didn’t receive any if you ask them in person. Seriously do yourself a favor and order pizza elsewhere"

"Second time ordering. First order forgot sauce. When I called they told me would credit and leave note on account. Second order, no note, manager never called, girl was kinda rude. If wife didn't insist on only domino's, I would never order here again."

"The food was horrible. The wings were gummy and undercooked and taste like cinnamon although they were supposed to be buffalo wings, and a cheesesteak hoagie barely had any steak on it, and when I called to complain of the order, there was no solution."

"Do NOT waste your time ordering from this Domino's location. The online order said 52-62 mins for my order. I placed my order at 2:25pm, the order tracker said my order left the store at 2:58 p.m., at 3:31pm I call & asked about my order & the woman I spoke to said, let me call my driver, as she got back on the phone, she told me that the driver still has to come back to the store for my order. Now how does that make sense? Why did the online tracker say my order left the store when it didn't even leave yet? So now it'll be around 2+ hours before my order will arrive. Smh. I should've just called Pasquale's like I was going to in the 1st place. We will NEVER order from ANY Domino's EVER again."

"After a great experience with Domino’s Mexico, we decided to give the North American stores another chance, in particular this one close to my house. Unfortunately, it was a disappointment. It took almost one hour and thirty minutes for the order to arrive (the original ETA was 45 minutes). For some reason, the driver was late. The pizzas were fine, but for the price we paid, we get better customer service experience and delivery at Blaze Pizza in Monroeville."
