"We buy alot of tires and have never been so disappointed in a tire shop! After getting a new set of 4 Kenda tires and noticing 2 of them were not wearing correctly the truck was taken to a mechanic. There was nothing found mechanically wrong with the truck and alignment was checked and good as well. At this point we rotated the tires and contacted Moores tires and was told to bring it in. We did this and he himself was in disbelief as to why the tires would wear this way as it was only 2 out of the 4 and they had less that 12k miles on them. He looked over the truck suspecting an rear-end issue only to find no issues with the truck at that point he said he would put it in for a warranty request but that he wishes tire manufacturers didn't offer warrantues because they never honor them! Yes those were his words. To this point he has been saying it's not the truck does seem to be tires but distributors won't warrant them so I contacted Kenda directly after Kenda was going to warrant the tires now he is lying and changing the story as warranty will fall back on his shop I NO LONGER RECOMMEND this shop and really wish he understood the importance of honesty and how much business he will now loose"
"Good guy, always helped me out when i needed it. but i would not recommend taking any nice wheels there to get tires put on. Used a wire wheel on the inside of my wheels to remove old glue from weights and absolutely wrecked the paint. Didnt notice till after i had already got home. VERY unhappy. Its a shame, because i will not be going back ever again. I will take my business elsewhere that they will actually handle my wheels with care. This is unacceptable."
