"They're always good here! Papa John's is honestly the only pizza place that I will eat at! Not to mention they are one of the few people that offer Alfredo sauce instead of red sauce! Never had a complaint"

"Our family orders from this location often. As of today, that’s changed. Whenever I order for delivery, I request that all of my food is taped shut. Every time prior to tonight, my request was granted. I do not feel comfortable with the high turnover of delivery drivers & this location using DoorDash drivers to deliver my food. Once the order was placed online, I called the store to make my request. I was informed my request would be granted. When my food arrived, none of my food was taped shut! I called & a man answered stating that my food was taped shut & as I proceeded to tell him that it wasn’t, he hung up on me. I called back, this same man yelled & said “our delivery drivers don’t mess with the food,” then he hung up on me a 2nd time. I called back a 3rd time, he picked up the phone & instantly hung it up. I called a 4th time & that call went straight to their automated system, then eventually the call was disconnected. This man was rude & unprofessional! He needs customer service training."

"Came in to pick up a doordash. Was very impressed by how clean this location is kept! Im sure the food is delicious!"

"Terrible service. Manger was very unprofessional. They don’t have no drivers so they go thru DoorDash even if you call and order it. They make you pay for the DoorDash fee. If i wanted to pay $20 more for my food , I would have just went though the DoorDash app. On top of all that, it’s going on 2 hrs and when I called to see what was going on , the manager said the driver hasn’t picked up the food yet and there was nothing he could do but cancel the order if I couldn’t wait. I’ll never order from here again ."
