"I called a week prior and set up an appointment to have diagnostic run on my engine that was starting to fail. I was originally asked about the make, model, mileage, and error codes, to which they told me to bring my car in at 8:30 on 11/7/2022. When I got there, not only had they not actually written down the actual appointment, the guy told me he wouldn't touch my car even to run diagnostics because "everything that went wrong with it afterwards I would blame on him" I'm absolutely disgusted by their customer service. I requested time off of work just for this appointment to make sure my car engine remained healthy. If I could rate a 0 star, I would."
