If you go in there with an idea of what you want to do and you think you found what you need to fix it, they will let you know if it won't. Other stores would just sell it to you to make the sale and then you gotta waist your time and money to figure that out and try something else. So I greatly respect them for that !!!"

"Good & Negative too..If you want to pay 400% mark up...Know You're paying for quality products a knowledgeable staff. Sometimes they are rude , sometimes they are nice. Sometimes they think they know-it-all...FYI ( thats their job & to convince you of what you NEED to buy next.) I paid $40 for 2 cans spray paint. But it was the only local place that I could find the perfect color match.. so I figure support local business & try not to blow up on the clerks when they act like they are doing you a favor allowing you to shop there. I figure they just don't know no better.. & think we don't know better. BTW the last time I had a windshield installed, the Auto Glass department was top notch and fair priced. 3 stars: (1)Because I hate paying too much & (2) just the way a person can be treated shopping there at times."
