"Took a day off work to run errands. Had just enough spare time to see if I could get my truck aligned after having new ball joints installed. They took me in as a walk in right away! They even had to press out upper (adjustable) ball joints to manually rotate them to achieve proper angles! 3 hours later with the unforeseen additional work… $200!! I felt that was an extremely reasonable bill. AND, they scanned my VIN to show me a recall that Ram had out suggesting spot welding the lock nuts the steering arm. The mechanic cleaned, welded and repainted as per the technical bulletin and torqued the lug nuts that he had removed with a torque wrench. They are professional and friendly. Mechanic received a tip because I rarely see such attention to detail these days. Thank you Steiners Garage. Everything is strait as an arrow just as the alignment report stated."
