"Be sure they do what they charge you for. I've gotten several oil changes here and the receipt says they filled my tires and windshield washer fluid. Not the case. I can't even trust they've completed the oil change. So dishonest. After 10 years as a Jiffy Lube customer I'm moving on to more honest and helpful business, like any one other than yours."

"I went to Jiffy Lube for an oil change and tire rotation. Unfortunately both lifts were said to be “broken” so the tire rotation could not be done. Another employee said he was unaware the lifts were broken. This was very disappointing because I work in healthcare and have limited time off. I feel like they just didn’t want to be bothered by the tire rotation. At my previous visit I asked them to check the heat shield on my car and they blatantly ignored my request when asked twice. I won’t go back there."

"After my oil change they did not reattach the skid plate properly. Went back, stated they couldn't do anything and tried zip tying undercarriage. Fell out on the highway. Had to go to the dealership who had no issues putting the plate on properly. Never using again"

"I brought in a hummer H3 for an oil change, knowing how difficult it can be to access the filter. The crew willingly jumped right in and did a great job. Upgraded to a new air filter and the o2 code disappeared thanks a ton !!"

"There was alot of Tom fuller happening on site. Very unprofessional. Chasing employees in parking lot. No windshield sticker saying when next change is due. No break down on service completed. Just here's your bill. Pay me. Will never visit this location again."
