"They completely forgot about my car the day they were supposed to work on it. I called in the evening, and they promised to work on it first thing the next day and to call at 10:30 and it should be about ready. I called at 10:30, and they said it was being worked on and would be ready in another hour. The status tracker on the website was never updated until I got a text at 11:30 that it was done. This is the second time I've had routine work (state inspection and tire rotation) take way longer than it should. What's the point of an appointment if they're not going to work on the car at the appointed time?"

"My son was in Pittsburgh traveling back to college some 4 hours away and had a low tire. He went to Pep Boys and just prior I had spoken with Eddie by phone who fully put me at ease that whether my son simply needed a patch or a new tire that they would get it done and he would be back on his way to school by the afternoon. Eddie took great care of my son and it only needed a patch and they didn't try to upsell a tire. I can't recommend Eddie and Pep Boys highly enough."

"Came here in an emergency because it was close. They ran diagnostics quickly and suggested I should contact a dealership because the repairs may be under warranty. Gave me a suggestion for a tow company who was also great. Jeff the manager is awesome and so is everyone else here. Very nice folks and I highly recommend. Update: I just want to say THANK YOU again to Jeff. His suggestion paid off. The problems with my Kia Soul were covered under the warranty. I got my car back from the dealership today!
