"Have had a good experience with this shop and have made it my go-to for my mid-2000s Volvo. Dealerships are generally pretty awful and other shops tend to have less experience with Volvos. On the whole, services seem to be priced fairly, with some above average and some below, but I’m happy to pay what it takes for consistently good service."

"Jim's shop is quality. Work (timing belt, coil packs, spark plugs, axle ping) was completed on my 07 Volvo S60R in a professional manner with integrity. He had the opportunity to have me spend considerably more money than I needed to - I thought my brakes needed to be done. After checking, he confirmed it was just some oxidation build-up and the brakes were fine. His work was completed in a timely manner and he called me multiple times to update me on the progress of the work. I would absolutely recommend this shop, especially for your Volvo."
