"Horrible customer service. I called to have an order placed. I needed it for a scheduled delivery time. The lady taking my order called the store twice and was hung up on. The 3rd time the worker there did answer and was rude as could be. Waiting to see if the order is even right or delivered at the correct time."

I've had a few instances where my food took a ridiculously long amount of time to come and I was met with radio silence from the store. The quality of food is good, but it's extremely frustrating when it almost always comes cold and it's so difficult to get a hold of someone to explain what is going on. Only order if you have a load of time on your hands or want to gamble."
