"A bit noisy for older people, nothing you can do about that. Love their sandwiches. Celebrated my wife's birthday. All she wanted was a fried baloney sandwich."
"We placed a pick up order for a pizza, and to say the least we were not very satisfied. When we called in we spoke to Nate. He was compassionate and professional. He turned a 1 star pizza into a 5 star experience. We greatly appreciated his determination to resolve the issue and I would absolutely come back because of this experience."
"Stopped in on Friday (1/12) for the $20 appetizer/2 entree special. They were out of the mozzarella wedges and the pretzels but our waitress said the manager offered us a choice of any of the other appetizers. While we were disappointed, that was a nice gesture. We ordered the burger and the buffalo chicken sandwich with NO pickles as our entrees. My sandwich came with pickles and my fries were cold. We notified our waitress who took it back to the kitchen and returned it to me in under a minute. They did add new fresh hot fries, but all they did was take the pickles off because I immediately opened it up and tasted a piece of the pickle juice soaked bun. I notified them again and was told that the manager watched them make a new one (crazy that it took about 25 minutes for the first sandwich and about a minute for the second one?!?). They did remove my meal since at that point I cancelled my entree completely. Very disappointed that they thought that simply removing the pickles was acceptable and that the manager had time to oversee a “new sandwich being made” but couldn’t stop over to apologize. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of one was our waitress did a great job and clearly isn’t in charge of making the food."
"Food was great as always. But service was way down, took a while to be greeted and seated after entering. Waited 20 min for waiter to start ordering. Wasn't even busy very very slow staff. But food was good. I'll go to another location in future."
"Stay away. Truth. I should have posted this when it happened months ago but I didn't. I didn't even request a refund or tell store. Just done at this point. Before I have ordered atleast 10 times for pickup and every time it was wrong, incomplete or disgusting unsure how they couldcall food served. I really don't know how this restaurant pleasant hills is so bad. I can understand off days but really. I've had my kids pizzas placed in Togo bags side ways!? My hubby and kids really like the food when it used to be right years ago now. So we continued to order and regret each time. I've decided to post this photo now that I have read so many other reviews. And don't feel as bad. Stay away! This photo is so nasty I can't even say the words. This was found in the coleslaw on my sandwich."
